Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of handymanmonthly.com and your subscription to Handyman Monthly home care plans. Handyman Monthly is operated by Las Vegas Handyman 702 (“we”, “us”, “our”), Nevada license NV20253479998. By subscribing to a plan or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Handyman Monthly is a recurring monthly home maintenance subscription. We currently offer three plans — Essential ($45/month), Premium Care ($99/month) and Estate Concierge ($219/month). The specific inclusions of each plan are described on our Plans page and form part of these Terms.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Square, Inc.; we do not collect or store your card details ourselves. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are quoted in US dollars and may change with notice; any price change will apply from your next billing period, not retroactively.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at (877) 717-1498 or through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months. Unused banked labor hours (Premium Care) expire on cancellation.

4. What Is and Is Not Included

Your plan covers the scheduled inspections, maintenance tasks and labor allowances listed for your tier. It does not include the cost of parts, materials, fixtures or appliances unless we say so in writing, and it does not include work requiring a licence we do not hold, permits, structural work, or work on systems we identify as unsafe to service. Members receive their tier’s discount (5%, 10% or 15%) on additional services quoted outside the plan.

5. Scheduling and Access

Scheduled visits are arranged in advance with you. You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property at the agreed time and to disclose known hazards. If we cannot gain access at a confirmed appointment, that visit may count against your plan allowance for the period. Priority, same-week and same-day response commitments apply during our normal operating hours (9am – 6pm) and are subject to reasonable availability.

6. Licensing and Insurance

Work is performed by Las Vegas Handyman 702 under Nevada license NV20253479998. We carry insurance appropriate to the work we perform. On request we will confirm our current licence and insurance status.

7. Workmanship

We stand behind our labor. If work we performed under your plan fails because of our workmanship, tell us and we will put it right. This does not cover normal wear, damage caused by others, misuse, or the failure of parts and equipment supplied by you or by a manufacturer, which remain subject to their own warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our total liability arising out of your subscription is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage arising from conditions that existed before we began work. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about your property, to keep your contact and payment details current, and to treat our team respectfully. We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive conduct.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. If we make a material change affecting your subscription, we will let you know.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
