This policy explains what handymanmonthly.com collects, why, and what we do with it. Handyman Monthly is operated by Las Vegas Handyman 702, Nevada license NV20253479998.
What We Collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Contact form submissions. Your name, phone number, email address and the message you write. We ask for a name and phone number so we can call you back; email and message are optional.
- Subscription details. If you subscribe, the plan you chose and the service address and contact details needed to schedule your visits.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, as part of operating and securing the site.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not set cookies for marketing or profiling.
Payment Information
We never see or store your card details. Subscription payments are processed entirely by Square, Inc. through their hosted checkout. Square’s handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
To call or email you back about your enquiry; to schedule and perform the services in your plan; to bill your subscription; to keep records of work done at your property; and to meet our legal and licensing obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details.
Who We Share It With
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our web host, the service that receives and routes our contact form submissions, and Square for payments. Each handles the data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Third-Party Content
Some pages display publicly available logos and icons loaded from third-party servers. Loading those images means the third party can see your IP address, in the same way as any image on the web. No personal information is sent to them by us.
Text and Phone Contact
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your enquiry or your subscription. We do not use your number for unrelated marketing. Tell us at any time to stop and we will.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become customers are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Customer and service records are kept as long as needed for warranty, licensing and tax purposes, then deleted.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We restrict access to customer information to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Your Choices

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
